With that now out of the way, I have really not much to say. o.o
Oh, I think I've arranged the lineup for Animethon, if my predictions prove to be true then I might just go with two costumes instead of one for everyday this year considering I really only used two last time. (Though Cosplay Chess as Kanda was totally memorable and I wouldn't switch that for anything.)

Yeah you heard that right, Heero's making a comeback!! For those of you who aren't aware, Heero was my first ever cosplay. :3 Like, fandom cosplay. (OCs don't count methinks, even if I did win my first prize as an OC. XD) I was thinking of going as Linali from D.Gray Man, but the pleather used in the outfit makes it so damn hawt! Like, I was wearing that costume in Winter and I was boiling! (Not to mention the heels killed me.)

I'm also not so sure about keeping Anise, mostly because by the time Animethon 15 whirls around, I will have cut all of my long hair. It's going bye bye to cancer. So if I can pull it off with a wig, I'll keep it, but that'll probably be the first to go.... *sighs*
Now I know what you're all thinking. "PRINCE OF TENNIS?? EW." But oi, watch it before you mock it. And do go in with an open mind, I used to think it would probably be the gayest thing I could ever watch. My mistake.

This series gives me new faith in filler episodes, and it also inspires me to play tennis which is way more healthy then sitting at home playing video games. Plus, the guys are super hawt. (AND THEY DON'T LOOK LIKE JUNIOR HIGH KIDS AT ALL. THE FRACK!?)

Hmm... in order, favorite characters are:
10. Tachibana Ann [link] A girl! Omg! I know what you're thinking, "THERE ARE GIRLS IN PRINCE OF TENNIS!?" But yes there are, and winning hands down over obsessive fangirl Tomoko and "desperately needs a spine" Sakuno, Ann is da winner for the girls. Why? Because not only does she try to slap Atobe (the Queen!) but she also is a freaken demon! Single-handedly does she cause a great Doubles Team in Kamio and Momo, but she also causes the entire Senbatsu Training camp to go into uproar when she tries to slap Kirihara's smug grin off his face, he dodges and... well... falls down the stairs. There goes your "cool guy" act. XD That and she brings out the sad, whiny part of Kamio. Hahaha....
9. Fuji Yuuta [link] yay Yuuta! Poor guy suffers so much, everything from being overshadowed by his prodigal brother, to having the minimal line of "Aniki." (Big Brother) He suffers so! I think his interactions with the rest of the cast as just... astounding. He always makes me laugh. (That and St. Rudolph on it's own deserves a pat to the back... hahaha...)
8. Kikumaru Eiji [link] honestly Eiji would have made a way higher ranking if he didn't keep picking fights with Oishi!! Poor guy, he's already had to sit out two tournaments, put a rest on it fire-top! D: Anyway, Eiji wins a spot regardless because he is so adoreably spaztic, and not to mention he keeps hugging Echizen and calling him "Ochibi!!". He also made a referee pass out on the tennis court because of his freaken awesome moves. Made me laugh.
7. TIED. Amane "David/e" Hikaru (right) and Kurobane "Bane" Harukaze (left). [link] The "e" of Davide is optional, it's how they say his name but we all know they mean David. Anywho, David is a compulsory pun maker, and unfortunately for him, his puns all suck. XD Therefore Bane's got some sort of obsessive-compulsive disorder to whack him in the head with his foot everytime he makes a pun. They make me laugh. XD
6. Yukimura Seiichi [link] And I'll give you one reason why. [link] Because the poor guy is one of those nice, reliable, delicate and sick types. That and his relationship with Sanada makes me feel fuzzy and remember what friendship is like. XD (As opposed to the isolation I have been experiencing lately.)
5. Shinji Ibu [link] and why do I like him? Well I shall give you a quote:
Ibu: Echizen, I'm really sorry about your injury, even if it wasn't my fault. Actually it wasn't my fault at all, you were just careless. I bet you injured yourself on purpose now that I think about it. Yeah, you probably just did that to make me look bad, I don't like people like you. You trying to make me feel guilty I bet, people like you...
Tachibana: Shinji!
Ibu: Sorry.
Reason being: He's a compulsiver mutter. Basically he thinks aloud and it scares the crap out of anyone around him. XD
4. TIED. Doubles partners Ootori Choutaro (right) and Shishido Ryou (left). [link] Of all the doubles partners I've seen that were compatible (Their only competition is the Golden Pair really, and Eiji causes so many fights...) and actually manage to stick together regardless of what happens. The worst these two have ever gone through was at a training camp where they had to face each other. Other than that, they've never fought. A bit of normalacy in a sea of drama, if you will.
3. Echizen Ryoma [link] The main character!! I love those arrogant prodigy types, it's rare for the protagonist to be able to kick butt right off that bat. : D And his cat is obviously adoreable. And he is obviously cute. Young Echizen really makes me want to go squee. That's an accomplishment.
2. Akutagawa Jirou [link] Just because he was the cause the first time I ever saw Queen Atobe change his expression from either smug or "displeased." For this he earns my love. (That and him falling asleep everywhere and pissing everyone off as they trip on him makes me laugh.)
1. Kirihara Akaya, [link] Don't ask me why, I don't know. Even when he was still an evil bastard he just snarkily wormed his way into first place, astounding I know. XD

And because I've spammed enough, I shall only list the character I hate most of all in this anime. It's hard, but I found one.

Most hated character: Atobe Keigo. [link]
Words cannot express how much I despise this guy, he so did not deserve to win against Tezuka, he played intentionally to injure him and actually did succeed in sending him to the hospital. He is also a Queen and a shameless flirt (he tried to bully Ann into dating him, stupid monkey.) He only has two redeeming points. In the Jr. Invitational Tournament, I was sick of the American Team getting all the fangirl shrieks, so when he came out and the entire crowd was like: "ATOBE! ATOBE! ATOBE! etc." I laughed and liked him a little then. He is also redeemed in "Atobe's Gift" but that's about it. He plays dirty. D< (But for some reason I like it when he's paired with Echizen in fanfiction. o_O)

One last note: Any GaiaOnline players? Avoid the GaiaOnline toolbar download right now, the constant refreshing of the bar slows down my window browser and perdiodically freezes my screen. It. Is. ANNOYING. Typing this journal has been so painfully slow. XD

Oh, a word of advice if you ever find youself lost on the road of creativity: go back to your roots.
A.K.A: Whatever made you want to do it in the first place.
I was stuck in writing for so long, I didn't like anything I produced and my creativity was burning low. I was actually considering a switch of majors. Then I decided to hash it out a bit longer, and instead tried to remember why I liked to write.
Then I realized I hadn't picked up a good book in a while, so I went through my old stock of books and am now re-reading the books I read in Junior High and my writing lives again. XD
Artemis Fowl the first book, Wild Magic from Tamora Pierce and The Lost Years of Merlin by T.A. Barron. Just a tip that worked for me.

Tetris also helped for some reason. Monopoly made me want to take those little pieces and shove 'em up Mr. Monopoly's ass. XD

Also: I just pulled an all-nighter to finish my Creative Writing class's portfolio and was told today I could just email it to him by the end of next week.
A happy Aki I am not. Yet strangely I am wide awake. XD How strange.

Last note (I promise): Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn is the Fucking shit! So many people have given it a bad review, but I think that's because they couldn't keep their pretty boys alive in the first mission. The hardest part I'm at right now is expected, after all this game has three sides, two of which are composed ENTIRELY of pre-promoted units (A.K.A: units that have already been upgraded to a new class and are more powerful, and can be upgraded AGAIN in this game for double the power) and the side I'm with right now is the only one where all the characters save for one begins at like... the basic level of archer and myrmidon.
(C'mon, I'm working with a Swordmaster and a Sniper on the other end!) So naturally it's a little hard to win when all the enemy soldiers are freaken suped up by the Goddess.
Ugh....
Oh well, I still love it, the graphics are killer.
